This March, the Department of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies, the Center for Ethnic Studies, and the Disability Studies Program will be hosting a virtual Q&A event on Disability Justice & Abolition with Mia Mingus, an American writer, educator, and community organizer who focuses on issues of disability justice and transformative justice. The movements for disability justice and prison abolition are deeply interconnected, so we strongly encourage everyone involved with OPEEP to consider attending and participating in this important conversation!
The event will be held over Zoom on March 31st, 2023 from 12:30PM-2PM. Register online for the event here: https://osu.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_h_gtB1PIQQ-mpW347RzQbg
