I have worked within the Criminal Justice and Non-Profit/Public Administration field for over 10 years serving in a variety of roles, most recently as Program Manager for Reentry Services for a non-profit organization called Alvis Inc, in Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of two workforce development programs that served over 700 justice involved individuals annually, I also facilitated classes to the justice involved during this time, which included anger management and cognitive behavioral therapy courses.

To date I have worked with and assisted over 2500 justice involved citizens for reentry purposes. My research primarily focuses on reentry initiatives for the justice involved, particularly within the field of workforce development.
